Apple just Reported its Fourth Quarter Results… Interesting and amazing numbers!

More information about iPhone OS 2.2 has surfaced. Now the new software now improves the Safari’s UI, provides the ability to turn off auto-correction, google street view and popular Japanese “smileys” called emoji and more. I hope the new google maps with walking directions makes it too.

Google has released Google maps for mobile with walking directions and street view.
Unlike driving directions, walking directions provides shortcuts that cars wouldn’t be able to take - like going the opposite way in a one way street - on the foot path obviously.
Also having mobile access to walking directions and Google streetview would be great. When you think of it, they were both made for mobile platforms.
The version they version is for generic-java based phones only. (Not iPhone-yet)
I have been waiting for this for a while now for iPhone. I hope it comes out soon, it’s be so useful.
The strongest complaint about iPhone/iPod Touch is that its touch screen does not suite many traditional games that might be ported to the platform.
Belkin to the rescue!
A photo and product spec sheet leaked on TouchArcade.com shows a case especially designed for iPhone with standard physical gaming buttons such as Left, Right, Up, Down, and a joystick.
The case plugs into the devices dock connector so third party games can take advantage of these buttons.
The only problem with this is the current SDK that developers have to develop applications does not provide support for accessing the dock via their applications. Hopefully this will be remedied by Apple in future versions.
